UPDATE: This is apparently actually on Hwy 4. Injured are on Blagen Road.
December 19, 2016 at 11:05 AM: A traffic collision has been reported on Blagen Road in Arnold, in front of Hazel Fisher School.
One vehicle has reportedly rolled over. CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. Avoid the area if possible until cleared.
