Now that Steve Bannon has been eliminated as an influencing force on Donald Trump, Trump actually likes NATO and is becoming a true globalist.
This is obviously the influence of his daughter and son-in-law Jared Kushner. He had to read his speech today, but it was clearly written by Ivanka and Jared.
