UPDATE: Per CHP no injuries were sustained in this collision.
April 19, 2017 at 11:50 AM: A car left Hwy 26, rolled over and went through a fence near Hogan Dam Road in Valley Springs.
CHP is now at the scene. Be cautious if in the area. One witness indicates possibly had been drinking.
