According to the Comey book, Trump asked him if he would investigate whether or not there was a tapeof him with hookers in Russia after he told him about the dossier.
He said Trump was concerned about his wife believing even 1% that he had hookers while visiting
there with the Miss Universe pageant.
If he didn't have any hookers he wouldn't have to worry about any tape, so that answers the question of whether that part of the dossier was true.
