As an aside, Sheriff DiBasilio mentioned that Supervisor Mills would know more about cannabis grows because he flies the county all the time.
Was DiBasilio trying to say that MILLS is flying over his enemies homes with an unmarked helicopter to assist the Sheriff. Isn't this just like his accompanying the Sheriff to the illegal bust at the old airport, the LAWSUIT case?
How many corrupt elected officials are there down there. Mills is a sick puppy and needs to be recalled. Does he fly in a helicopter or is he a pilot on his own?
Mills is so corrupt, he just thinks he can get away with anything. We will be investigating his FLYING!!!
