Authorities are saying that Joseph James DiAngelo did not get a warning before they swept in on his home in Citrus Heights yesterday.
The alleged serial killer and rapist and dirty cop, was completely surprised because he is now 72 years old and believed he had gotten away with it.
This morning one prior investigator did say that he had felt at the time it may have been someone with a law enforcement background.
Perhaps authorities are not looking at cops for a lot of serious crimes. If their DNA is in the data base, they could be eliminated if innocent.
