On August 9, 2020 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Allen Ray Scrivner (34) of
Copperopolis at his residence on Feather Drive.Scrivner was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Threatening a Crime with Intent to Terrorize, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Shooting at an inhabited building or vehicle, all felonies and for Violation of Probation, a misdemeanor.
