September 11, 2022 at 9:20 AM: The Mosquito Fire again has grown by thousands of acres in Placer and El Dorado counties. They say it is 10% contained.
The newest total this morning is 41,443 and on KCRA 3 news they showed video of home after home on Michigan Ridge destroyed, but there has been no official count yet.
