According to the Calaveras Sheriff, on November 10, 2023 around 8:30 PM, a traffic stop led to a discovery of drugs and weapons inside the vehicle.
Steven Starky of Manteca was booked into the Calaveras County jail on multiple alleged charges, including possession of controlled substances for sale and illegal possession of a firearm.
