On April 26, 2024 Calaveras Sheriff deputies served a search warrant on a home on
Bright Star Road in Valley Springs.They discovered an illegal marijuana grow valued at around $500,000 and illegal wiring creating a fire hazard, along with mold inside the home.
Apparently no one was arrested at the scene.
