On April 3, 2017 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Jeffrey David Brunson (55) of Angels Camp at his residence on Schmauder Mine Road.
Brunson was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault with a Deadly Weapon, not a Firearm and Willful Cruelty to a Child, both felonies and for Vandalisms, one a felony and one a misdemeanor.

On March 31, 2017 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Greg John Rosato (56) of Wallace at his residence on Crystal Drive.
