California Lawmakers back from vacation! Hard to adjust?

I had no idea how hard
this work would be!

  After 5 weeks of vacation the California State lawmakers are trying to adjust to going to work at least one day a week. Life is hard for
these overworked elected officials.

   The Capitol Ghost has given them a reprieve from the heat of Sacramento summers with clouds and a little rain, sine they have mostly been in cool climates, some in Europe, Hawaii, etc.

  Now they need to craft a new Water Bond bill for the November 4, 2014 election in a very short timeframe, since they are aware the original one would not pass.  Get to work, and we don't mean washing the money!
