UPDATE at 10 AM: Liberty Rd access off 99 will be closed for at least an hour for clean-up.
August 19, 2014 at 9 AM: CHP is still at the scene where a big rig rolled on Liberty Road and Hwy 99 spilling grapes all over the roadway outside of Lodi
County road crews were called in because there was also a diesel fuel leak. The roadway is blocked at this time
