On august 14, 2014 Jennifer Ilene Colbert (40) of Valley Springs was arrested at Turner Park in San Andreas for alleged 1st Degree Burglary and Grand Theft Access card, both felonies and for Disorderly conduct due to alcohol.
Colbert was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Calaveras deputies.
