On August 13, 2015 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Katy Elizabeth Shultz (35) of Arnold, at her residence on Maple Street in Arnold for allegedly Manufacturing a controlled substance, Possession of Concentrated Cannabis and Possession of a Narcotic controlled Substance, all felonies and for Possession of Marijuana over 28.5 grams, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Violation of Probation and Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
According to the Sheriff's report, Shultz also had outstanding local warrants. She was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
Also arrested at the same residence was Kevin Richard White (29) of Arnold for allegedly Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and for Prohibited Ammunition, both felonies and for Violation of Probation, a misdemeanor.
White was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
