The Calaveras County Fair is holding a meeting of the Junior Livestock committee to discuss and offer possible rule changes for the 2016 county fair.
If you have a suggestion, the press release says you must go through Laurie at the fair office. However, if you contact the Friends of the Fair before September 18, 2015 to make suggestions, we are certain they will help you with your idea.
Since one of the problems they incurred at this years fair was someone walking off with animals they hadn't paid for, they will need to tighten up the rules for pick up after the auctions.
