UPDATE at 6:55 AM: This collision has now been cleared.
August 22, 2015 at 5:45 AM: A Merced Police Department vehicle was involved in a traffic collision at Santa Fe and Glen Avenue in Hughson.
Major injuries have been indicated. Apparently the other driver had allegedly been drinking. An ambulance and tow truck have been dispatched to the scene. Avoid the area if possible.
