August 21, 2015 at 8:15 AM: CHP is at the scene of a reported traffic accident of an overturned vehicle at Hwy 200 and Butterfield Stage Road in Oneals.
This may be in the area of Assemblyman Frank Bigelow's Ranch. Cal Fire was also dispatched due to fear of a fire starting. The passengers in the car are out of the vehicle.
