UPDATE: Chelsea O'Donnell has been found and is now in Police custody.
Apparently missing since last week, when she went for a walk with her dog, Chelsea O' Donnell is a 17 year old with a dream catcher tattoo.
Rockland County, New York Sheriff's department is heading up the search. Rosie has now posted it on her Facebook page.
