August 13, 2015 at 9:15 AM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 at Live Oak Drive in Douglas Flat.
A Subaru Outback is overturned in the westbound lane of Hwy 4. Use extra caution as emergency vehicles arrive to assist.
