Tragic DUI collision near Don Pedro Reservoir

  According to CHP on August 9, 2015 around 12:15 PM Jessica Falknor (30) of San Jose was driving a 2004 Honda on Hwy 132 near Don Pedro Reservoir at an undetermined rate of speed.

   Ms. Falknor allowed the vehicle to swerve to the right and off the pavement, then overcorrected to try and return to the roadway.

   The Honda slid across Hwy 132 and off the pavement on the other side of the roadway, then rolled over and down a steep embankment.

   The passenger in the front, Bryon Stutts (29) of San Jose, was unrestrained and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

  Ms. Falknor was transported to Doctor's Medical Center with unknown internal injuries, and was later to determined to have been allegedly under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested at the hospital.

    Kathryn Falknor (20) of San Jose, was transported to Memorial Medical Center with Moderate injuries.

  Bobbi Jenkins (3) of San Jose, was the only occupant determined to be properly restrained in the vehicle at the time of the collision. She was transported to UC Davis Medical Center with moderate injuries.
