Mr. Wooster's cow is out??

   March 18, 2016 at 12:20 PM:  A cow out on Hwy 4 at Obyrnes Ferry Road in Copperopolis was reported to CHP.

   Apparently Mr. Wooster, of Planning Commission fame, is on his way to round it up.  Who will he be rounding up on the way???
