Today, October 6, 2016 at 4 PM CCWD will hold a Special Meeting to discuss Director Terry Strange having applied to grow cannabis in Calaveras County.
We aren't sure why this should require a Special Meeting. He has the right to grow just like anyone else, doesn't he??
