If your neighbors are so scary and their behavior is so erratic that you feel you must leave work and go home to check on the family or property,YOU definitely have Neighbors From HELL!! Be careful!! Document everything!! Call the cops and WRITE your report to them each and every time. Crazy doesn't change!!
