After the last Angels Camp City Council meeting, who knows what might happen at the Bret Harte Theater on October 13, 2016.
The City Council's attempt to ban smoking in Angels Camp was met with contempt
and accusations of bias, since Greenhorn Creek was exempted from the new law.
Several people accurately talked about how downtown Angels Camp will be dead if this is enacted; and in fact already is dying due to fees, rents, more and more laws that cost business people too much.
Scott Behiel says the Greenhorn Creek area is exempted because he says its outside and open air, but so is it on the sidewalks of downtown, according to the people who oppose this most recent ban.
Everyone in Angels Camp loves having a Good time in Old Angels Camp, so come out and watch the fireworks at the public hearing on Tuesday at 6 PM.

I hate smoking and am in favor of this law. What about those who chew and spit on the sidewalks and in parking lots?? Will that be banned too?
