How many times have we reported that the Angels Camp City Council wastes taxpayer money paying councilpersons to meet with NO agenda items. And then we hear them cry they have NO money and have to RAISE our water and other needs.
On Tuesday April 18, 2017 the council will AGAIN meet just for Closed Session items; one to give the cops a raise (to reward reckless driving) and the other a probable lawsuit. There are absolutely NO items on the Regular Agenda. They should be recalled!!!

raised all the fees and license costs for everything and now want us to pay more for water. its not the end, I don't think.
