He says that Kushner 'has no recollection' of a meeting as reported by the Ambassador. Reagan used that phrase over and over again, but he had Alzheimers.
Kushner cannot fully deny the entire meeting or what happened at it, because he doesn't yet know what Flynn might tell. Yes, Flynn was at the meeting too. He says he has quite a story to tell.
