On May 28, 2017 Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Todd Michael Monges (49) of Arnold on Black Oak Drive.
Monges was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Elder Abuse and Bringing Alcohol or Drugs into prison, both felonies and for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor.
