During the Calaveras Supervisor meeting on May 30, 2017 three Supervisors sat huddled together while the others left on a break.
Tofanelli of District 1, Mills of District 4 and Clapp of District 5,
were clearly engaged in a discussion which had just been questioned of how they are paying for their Great Calaveras Cannabis Ban?
This is a violation of the Brown Act, and they should be punished for this. Thank you, camaeraman, for leaving the camera on.
