Apparently the tips the FBI received about the Florida school shooter Cruz, were not passed down to the local field office in Miami in January, and he admits they definitely could have done something.
The FBI in charge of the shooting incident took full responsibility. Many have wondered if there reports of suspicious or violent racists in Calaveras have all be investigated. The bureau does not always report back to the callers.
