Mills in trouble over Airola land control

Calaveras Supervisor of District 4 Dennis Mills faces complaints, objections and a lawsuit
over granting the Airola family sole rights without any road escape for Copperopolis residents.

Many from the Saddle Creek area came to the Board meeting and complained but Mills lives in Vallecito and doesn't care about them at all.

Mills made the motion and the rest of the board went along and the Williamson Act for no taxes was approved for the thousands of acres.

The state does not reimburse the county for giving away these freebies and Mr. Mills will likely suffer in the next election.

Be truthful, the Williamson act reduces the property tax, does not eliminate it!

Mills will be voted out. He tried and did push his agenda but just caused more problems and stress for the county
