The Santa Anita Raceway is closed due to the number of deaths in the past few weeks. 21 horses have been put down due to fallsand injuries resulting from the track in only 10 weeks.
The most recent was a 4 year old filly, who fell and broke a major bone. What is the excuse for this horror ??? Is it all about the money, and no one cares about the innocent animals?
