March 16, 2019 at 10:20 AM: A motorcycle hit the rail of the Tower Park Bridge on Hwy 12 in Lodi and spun out and struck another vehicle earlier this morning.
An investigation has been going on since the collision, with warrants mentioned and an ambulance required for one person injured.
