The Angels Camp Police Department has issued a statement about the California statewide order
that everyone must wear masks outside their homes.
However, the ACPD says they will not be citing or arresting anyone for not wearing a mask.
Business owners have the right to demand that their customers wear masks or leave, and the ACPD will enforce this right.
It is likely that the Calaveras Sheriff will follow these same guidelines when they issue a press release.
