On July 11, 2020 CHP arrested James Haire (33) of Sonora on Hwy 12 at Toyon.
Haire was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Vehicle Theft and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, both felonies and for Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
