On April 28, 2021 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Robert Wayne Powers II (38) of Railroad Flat on Lilly Gap in West Point.
Powers was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Evasion of police and Assault, both felonies and for Obstructing a police officer, Driving without a license and two other traffic infractions.
