Don't just let it sit there! If you don't have someone to teach you, go to a reputable range and learn how to shoot the weapon.
Many are taking advantage of extra protection due to the failure of our current Calaveras Sheriff to protect us from the kooks, the nuts, and other criminals around us, male and female.
Keep your weapon handy, near the door, if possible, on a rack on the wall and don't be afraid to use it if any person you fear is violent, such as a bad cop with a violent past.
We recommend you never shoot to kill, but shoot low. Always warn the person threatening you or your property first; none of us should allow the criminals to run this county.
We do have a right to PROTECT OURSELVES!!

Don't forget that it is often the woman who wants to get rid of her husband to be with a boyfriend who encourages and participates in illegal behavior.
I'm a woman who got one and I inetend to use it. I won't let the low-lifes push me around any more. I learned how to release the safety and pull back the chamber and then fire. I am woman, see me roar (or bang)
I'm with you, woman! I don't have a gun yet, but my husband is getting me one. The biggesty threats in this area come from husband and wife cowards who only hurt women and children. If only we felt safe with law enforcement on our side. I don't!

Well, i'm tired of not feeling safe. If we have to protect ourselves then I want a new sheriff. that must be the problem.

Seems to my husband and I that the people we fear most are the extremists from the NRA, who spend their lives eating and breathing MORE guns. and some of them are cops.

You are right about the cops. I heard the Sheriff refuses to ever arrest or charge bad cops, cause he relates to them. That makes me sick.
Doesn't some of this go on the DA. I know there is a conflict of interest involving her husband and the Sheriff.

No, no no. I think this is about that woman who was after a new guy when she thought her guy was dyin, then he didn't and everyone knows she was cheating. She is worried as heck, but her man is too dumb to notice. She was just protecting her lair.

Everyone in Ebbetts Pass says this has gone on for too long, because the sheriff refuses to do anything; about two racist creeps threatening and vandalizing and harassing some lady. I'm pretty sure that's it. The sheriff should have done something. I heard he's waiting until one of them tries to kill her before he acts. This is a bad sheriff.
