Cougar Killer Ousted From Head of Fish and Game

Nearly seven months after Daniel Richards posed proudly with a mountain lion he had killed in Idaho, he was voted out of office at a meeting in Ventura last month.

Richards, who had been appointed by Governor Schwartzenegger, will stay on the Board until January, when his term expires.

The new President is Jim Kellogg. The vote was unanimous.  This is very good news!
