At 12:42 PM on September 6, 2012 CHP received a call that a traffic hazard on Hwy 49 at Main Street in San Andreas.
It seems someone is carrying an American flag and walking in the middle of the highway. CHP has an officer enroute.
He was moved over to the right hand side of the road. (right in front of Goonies?)
At 3 PM the hazard was cleared.
