Two separate reports of gunfire were made to the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department on September 21, 2012 from a resident on Blossom Ln and Hofeditz Rd in Railroad Flat.
The second report said they had heard gunfire for half an hour. No citations were issued or arrests made.
THERE IS NO LAW TO PREVENT THIS UNDER THE SOUND ORDINANCE OR WEAPONS LAWS IN CALAVERAS COUNTY!
