David Letterman and his guest Alec Baldwin made a little fun of the 750,000 American's (.25% of the population) who claim they want to secede from the U.S. because President Obama won re-election.
They agreed that they would be glad to introduce a bill in Congress welcoming that idea, and Baldwin said that they could call the new country "The United Flakes of America" or "The United States of Caucasia".
