On November 28, 2012 Christine Elizabeth Harmon, 31 was arrested for alleged being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, a misdemeanor and Child Cruelty causing the possiblility of injury or death, a felony.
Harmon was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's deputies.
Also arrested at the same address in Mokelumne Hill was Thomas Michael Nichols, for alleged Possession of a controlled Substance and Child Cruelty, both felonies, and for Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, and for a prior warrant, all misdemeanors.
Nichols was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail
