Is Alex Smith unhappy that Harbaugh has picked Kaepertnick for the third game in a row; this one with Rams on the road this Sunday.Seems to be de ja vous of the past when the 49ers have had two excellent quarterbacks. Will Smith begin to think about leaving? We'll have to wait and see.
