After another 3 weeks of vacation, the Board of Supervisors meets next Tuesday, February 12, 2013, beginning at 8 AM with closed sessions.
On their preliminary agenda (they sometimes change later in the week), they have a closed session involving a public emploee discipline/dismissal/release, pursuant to Government Code 54957 and a Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Government Code 54957) of the Interim County Administrative Officer; Administration.
Also under closed session is a conference with legal counsel; anticipated litigation-significant exposure to litigation (one case), pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1).
The regular board meeting begins at 9 AM. We will report those items later in the week.
