UPDATE @ 1:57 PM: Vehicle broken down moved out of lanes.
At 1:39 PM a traffic hazard was reported at Hwy 49 and Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas. CHP is enroute to the scene.
It isn't clear what the hazard is yet. Use caution in the area.
