UPDATE: A CHP unit is onscene as of 8:08 AM to clear the lane.
A traffic hazard was reported to CHP at around 7:50 AM that a Chevy Silverado is partially block a lane on Hwy 12 at Double Springs Rd.
An officer is enroute to that location. Use extra caution.
