Murphys Sanitary District, which has been rather silent on what took place at their most recent closed session,
other than to say it was employment based, has scheduled yet another special session.
This Closed Session is scheduled for Monday, February 4, 2013 at 9 AM at the office at 90 Big Trees Rd in Murphys.
Public comment will be allowed before they go into closed session which says a."Conference with Legal Counsel--Potential Litigation Government Code #54956.9(b)(1) 1 case, and b. Personnel Matters-Public Employee Descipline/Dismissal/Release Government Code #54957
There has been much speculation in the public, as to the reason for all the closed sessions, but so far no official notice has come from the MSD Board.
