The NFL holds what they call a Scouting Combine each February, where they invite the top college players they may want to draft to a week long camp and each player is tested for various abilities.
This year, the QB draft will most likely include those who are the most mobile, able to think on their feet. Is that like Kaepernick? We've already got him, sorry.
