As most of you know, I'm one of the lucky ones in Calaveras County to live next door to a person I've learned to believe by experience, is a "total mental case".
This morning, I was on my way to the office, and stopped at the Post Office to get the mail. Parked at the stop sign was Patrick Strohmeyer in a little bitty grey car.
As I began to make the turn in front of the vehicle he was driving (I believe it belongs to his wife, as she has told me he is only 9 years old mentally. She has also told me she has total Power of Attorney over him) Patrick Strohmeyer put his hand in the windshield and thrust his middle finger up.
Not a bit surprised at this behavior, since we have been forced to endure him as a neigbor for many years, we know how he feels about women in general who don't act submissively to him.
Was he just sitting there, flipping every woman off who came within his sight? Who knows.
We remember hearing him speak in filthy terms years ago, about the poor CHP officer (a woman) who turned him in for beating a youth in the back of his patrol car before he was fired from his cop job.
I don't believe he has the guts to stand up to a man. I totally feel sorry for any person who needs mental help, who only berates women, especially if they are smarter than he is; or like some men, when they are reported for their illegal behavior by women. I feel especially badly for their families.
I just thank my lucky stars that I have a wonderful, intelligent, mature and healthy husband; who respects women.

He taught me how to make DOT violations appear OR disappear, depending on how he'd benefit from the outcome..I learned the drivers that weren't intimidated by him became targets..He would emasculate or attempt to any new hires..the list of tactics goes on ..I sat across from this disgusting, self important pile of shit for way too long and in the end I got the last laugh..9k to be exact, but the look on his face when he found out I wasn't listening to music or anything else when I put my headphones on was priceless..as for his wife, I heard him talk to her worse than dirt, call her stupid and demean her almost daily...Oh well..

Everyone here is Stockton remembers this one. He even tried to smear the woman officer who turned him in. I think his partner lost his job, too. I heard they backed each other up, as way too often happens.
OMG yes! he was disgusting..sitting across from him was torture...I use to move random things just slightly and he would come unglued insisting someone was trying to frame him..some people hope they get what they deserve, others fear it.-

I can't believe that my memory was jogged by this. I'm sure these are the chp and wife who lived in some type of trailer years ago. (we all called them CHiPS trash)
All I remember about this guy is the lies; he lies about everything. always did. turned out none was true. can't tell the truth.
Part of the problem with cops is that they are taught to LIE before they are taught to abuse minorities. Without videos they get away with their constant lies.
Sounds to me like this couple has been making enemies and spreading hate and lies all their lives. How do they get away with it for so long? I don't know them, but I can feel how they have abused so many people for so many years.
I'm so sorry you have to live next to these people. Believe me, I know what you must go through.
