We recently wished to ask Angels Camp City Council member Kulm about how many local employees were hired
during the facade free grant project in downtown Angels Camp.
We asked this because he made a statement that locals were provided with jobs. We found absolutely no evidence of this being true and the contractor was from Placerville.
Mr. Kulm's correspondence goes through the City Clerk and he refused to call or email us directly. This is babysitting on the part of the City Administrator and Clerk.
Why? So that they know absolutely everything that is said about them. And because the Council member Kulm is too immature to handle answering questions about his statements directly.
If you need a babysitter, you SHOULD NOT BE A CITY COUNCILMEMBER!!!

Maybe that should be the first question new candidates are asked now: Do you need a babysitter? I'll remember that if he runs for election.
They probably appointed him to be another yes man for mchatten.
